Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a specific Reflexology sequence which has been found to benefit those suffering with numerous conditions, most notably secondary lymphedema, which can occur post breast cancer treatment and surgery. Sally Kay is a reflexologist who discovered and extensively researched the benefits of RLD when working in a hospice with patients suffering with secondary lymphedema, over 20 years ago. RLD can also benefit other conditions, including post-operative swelling, lymphoma, migraines and sinus problems, among others. Having completed my training with Sally, I can also be found as a registered practitioner on the RLD website.
